In 2023, we introduced a cleaner fog cooling method using pond atomizers, which one sees in table fountains. Due to the nature of the device, they could not be operated during the surprise snowfall in late October 2023, and we were without fog for Halloween. However, the snow gave the haunt a Nightmare Before Christmas vibe. It was also the first, and last, year to put Pennywise in the drain on the street -- the following year the City redeveloped the drains and street and the drain was lost.
